By accessing and using SmartAds, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

2. Description of Service

SmartAds provides a multi-platform advertising management and automation tool that allows users to manage ad campaigns, view analytics, and automate optimization tasks across supported platforms, including the Facebook (Meta) Marketing API and the Google Ads API.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use SmartAds only for lawful purposes. You represent that:

• You have the legal authority to manage the Facebook Ad Accounts and Google Ads accounts (including MCC accounts and sub-accounts) you connect to our service.
• You will not use the service to advertise illegal goods, scams, or content prohibited by Meta's Advertising Policies or Google Ads Policies.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You will not use our service to access any ad account for which you have not been granted legitimate authorization by the account owner.

4. API Usage and Limits

SmartAds interacts with the Facebook Platform and Google Ads API. You acknowledge that our service is subject to Meta's Platform Terms, Google Ads API Terms of Service, and their respective API rate limits. We are not responsible for service interruptions caused by changes to or outages of these third-party APIs.

Our use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is strictly limited to providing services to the authorizing user and complies with Google's API policies. We do not use Google Ads data for any secondary purposes, including advertising or selling to third parties.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. SmartAds makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
