1. Information We Collect

We collect information directly from you and automatically through your use of connected ad platforms.

1.1 Facebook Ads Data

Account Information: When you log in via Facebook, we collect your public profile (name, profile picture) and email address to create your account.
Facebook Ad Data (Read-Only): Via the ads_read and business_management permissions, we access your Ad Accounts, Campaigns, Ad Sets, Ads, and performance insights (spend, CPA, impressions).
Facebook Page Data: Via pages_read_engagement, we access a list of your Facebook Pages and their posts to help you select creatives for ads.

1.2 Google Ads Data

Google Account Authorization: When you connect your Google Ads account, we use OAuth 2.0 to request access. We collect and securely store a refresh token that allows ongoing access to your account on your behalf.
Google Ads MCC & Sub-Account Data: With your authorization, we access your Google Ads Manager Account (MCC) and associated sub-accounts, including campaign structure, ad groups, creatives, and performance metrics (impressions, clicks, spend, conversions).
Campaign Performance Data: We access reporting data such as cost, CPA, ROAS, and impression share to display in our unified dashboard.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the data collected strictly to provide the SmartAds automation and management service:

Dashboard Visualization: To display your ad performance statistics across Facebook and Google Ads in our unified interface.
Ad Management & Automation: With your explicit permission, we execute actions such as pausing underperforming ads, adjusting budgets, or publishing new ad creatives based on your configured rules.
Cross-Platform Reporting: To aggregate and compare performance data across Facebook and Google Ads accounts for your analysis.
Service Communication: We use your email to send critical alerts regarding your ad account status.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personally identifiable information, Facebook Ad Data, or Google Ads Data to outside parties.

We may share generic aggregated demographic information not linked to any personal identification information regarding visitors and users with our business partners and advertisers.

4. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your data only as long as your account is active. You have the right to request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Remove Your Facebook Data:

1. Go to your Facebook Account "Settings & Privacy" > "Settings".
2. Look for "Apps and Websites" and verify all your connected apps.
3. Select SmartAds and click "Remove".
4. Alternatively, email us at support@kim777.online to request full data deletion.

How to Remove Your Google Ads Data:

1. Go to your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
2. Find SmartAds in the list of connected apps.
3. Click "Remove Access" to revoke our authorization.
4. Alternatively, email us at support@kim777.online to request full data deletion from our systems.

5. Google Ads API Compliance

Our use of data obtained through the Google Ads API is limited to providing and improving the SmartAds service. We access Google Ads data solely on behalf of authenticated users who have explicitly granted us permission via OAuth 2.0. We do not use Google Ads data for any purpose other than operating our platform for the benefit of the authorizing user. Our use complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service.

6. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures, including HTTPS encryption for all data transmission, encrypted storage of OAuth tokens (both Facebook and Google), and secure OAuth 2.0 token management, to maintain the safety of your personal information and ad account data.
